Since then, she has become a valued member of our team, bringing her professionalism, warmth, and calming presence to every patient interaction. Known for her friendly nature, attention to detail, and excellent organisational skills, Silvia has a natural ability to help patients feel relaxed and supported throughout their dental journey. With a background in psychology, she brings a compassionate and understanding approach to patient care, always taking the time to listen and reassure. Silvia is passionate about maintaining high standards of clinical support and infection control, while continuing to develop her skills and knowledge through ongoing learning. Meet Lisa 🦷✨ We’re delighted to introduce Lisa, one of our experienced and much-loved Dental Nurses at Oakwood Dental Practice. 💙 Lisa began her dental journey in 1993 and has spent over three decades building her knowledge, skills, and passion for patient care. Throughout her career, she has continued to develop her expertise, gaining additional qualifications in dental radiography in 2012 and CBCT scanning in 2025. As our Infection Control Lead, Lisa plays an important role in maintaining the highest standards of care and safety within the practice. She also has a particular interest in surgical procedures and regularly supports Hennie during complex treatments, bringing her calm approach and wealth of experience to the team. Beyond her clinical skills, Lisa is known for her warm and friendly nature. Whether she’s welcoming patients at reception or supporting them in the surgery, she has a wonderful ability to make people feel comfortable and at ease.
